
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has directed the concerned authorities to start an enrollment campaign in newly constructed, rehabilitated and upgraded schools in the province.
Chairing a meeting of educational administrative institutions in Karachi today, he directed that representatives of local bodies, local leaders and parents should be included in the campaign.
The meeting was informed that construction, upgradation and rehabilitation of eight hundred thirty-eight schools is about to be completed in flood-affected areas of the province.
It was also informed that two hundred twenty-one thousand children will be enrolled in rehabilitated schools in flood-affected areas and twenty-eight thousand in upgraded schools in the province.
