APHC pays glowing tributes paid to Srinagar’s Aali Kadal martyrs

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference leadership has paid glowing tributes to martyrs of Aali Kadal, Srinagar, on their martyrdom anniversary, observed on Sunday.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian troops had martyred noted liberation leader, Sheikh Abdul Hameed, along with his associates on this day in 1992.

People visited the Martyrs’ Graveyard at Eidgah in the city to offer Fateha for the departed souls of the martyrs.

The APHC leadership on the occasion said that the sacrifices of the Kashmiri martyrs would not be allowed to go waste and would definitely bring positive results.

It said the present worst situation in occupied territory is an eye-opener for the world community and the international human rights organizations.

Meanwhile, Indian National Congress has blamed BJP for its wrong policies in IIOJK.

The Jammu and Kashmir Students and Youth Forum  has strongly condemned the raids on the houses of the party leaders and workers and the torture and harassment of the family members by occupation troops.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Youth Forum spokesman Naseer Ahmed Wani in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the Indian forces’ personnel raided the houses of party leaders and workers in Pulwama and Kulgam districts, subjected the family members to violence and harassment.

He said India cannot force the Kashmiri people to give up their right due to this oppression and coercion.

He said despite India's cruelties and brutalities, the Kashmiri people will continue their struggle for freedom till complete success.
