President of the Palestinian National Council Rawhi Fattouh has urged the international community to take immediate action to deploy international forces in the Gaza Strip to protect Palestinian civilians.

In a statement following massacre of a Palestinian family by Israeli forces, Rawhi Fattouh said the Israeli army targeted the  civilian vehicle carrying eleven people in Gaza City’s Al-Zaytoun neighborhood.
