Minister for Railways, Hanif Abbasi has expressed the resolve to take benefit from the expertise of the German experts to further modernize Pakistan Railways.

He was talking to German Ambassador Alfred Grannas, who called on him in Islamabad on Monday.

During the meeting, the two sides held detailed discussions to further strengthening diplomatic, economic and industrial relations between Pakistan and Germany.

They also discussed the possibilities of working on joint projects for uplift of Pakistan Railways and agreed that relations between Pakistan and Germany would be taken to new heights to benefit the economies and people of both countries.

Speaking on the occasion, Hanif Abbasi said Pakistan Railways would not only be provided with better infrastructure, but also modern technical facilities to provide speedy and quality services to the passengers.

 He also invited the German Ambassador to visit the historical museum at Golra Railway Station.
