The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has rejected a fabricated propaganda by a North America-based account that the United States Navy is somehow operating from Pakistani territory against Iran, with alleged Pakistani approval.

In a Fact Check, the Ministry termed it baseless and a part of wider agenda of sowing confusion, misperceptions and chaos. 

The statement said that such social media posts actually deserve no attention by any serious-minded observer and need to be categorized and treated as propaganda only.
