Special Advisor to Prime Minister for Youth Affairs Usman Dar says that youth constituted 65 percent of total population and the government has created opportunities for their socio-economic empowerment.          

He was addressing at launch of Prime Minister’s “Kamyab Jawan” National Youth Development Programme at Jinnah Convention Centre Islamabad. 

He said that under this new program subsidized business loans would be provided to the potential young entrepreneurs for the promotion of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sector.
