
The Pak-China Business-to-Business Investment Conference on Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare concluded in Islamabad today with the successful finalization of commercial partnerships worth 850 million dollars.
Giving details of the agreements in his address at the conference, Minister of State for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Dr Malik Mukhtar Ahmed, said these are not just declarations of intent but legally binding operational commitments.
He said 16 commercial agreements worth 600 million dollars have been formally signed and sealed establishing immediate timelines for advanced biotechnology.
The Minister of State said Pakistan and China are no longer building just bridges, roads and power grids but actively achieving the healthcare autonomy, safeguarding millions of human lives and creating a formidable hi-tech support corridor to global market.
