Federal Government has released the Ministry and Division-wise summary of the Public Sector Development Programme 2025–26 with a massive federal development allocation of over 837 billion rupees aimed at accelerating infrastructure growth, improving public services, and strengthening the national economy.

According to official figures, the total authorized amount stands at 833.34 billion rupees while development expenditures recorded between July and April have already reached approximately 469.85 billion.

The PSDP 2025–26 places significant emphasis on water resources, highways, education, energy infrastructure, and regional development initiatives.

According to data, Water Resources Division, emerged as one of the leading sectors in the federal development portfolio, receiving an allocation of 106.64 billion rupees.

Expenditures during the July-April period stood at 66.91 billion rupees.
