Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervez Malik, Minister for Power Sardar Owais Laghari and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah met Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi on Sunday.
During the meeting, proposals for next fiscal year's federal budget and relief measures for the people came under discussion.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said it is a good sign that the consultations are being made on the upcoming budget.
They also discussed measures and reforms for fiscal discipline, enhancing the country's economic and agricultural growth and providing relief to the people.
Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb said that the country is now on the path of economic development.
