Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan Irfan Neziroglu called on Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif in Lahore today.
The Chief Minister on this occasion expressed gratitude for Turkiye’s unequivocal support to Pakistan in the face of Indian aggression.
She said that Pakistan is thankful for Turkiye’s unwavering diplomatic, moral and strategic solidarity in response to Indian aggression.
Maryam Nawaz said that the Pakistani nation holds deep affection and reverence for their Turkish brothers and sisters.
She said that Pakistan will strengthen collaboration with Turkiye to boost trade and termed the signing of 24 agreements during the 7th High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council as a welcome development.
