In India, its army is witnessing a new rise of dishonesty and corruption among its high ranks.

According to Indian media, the Pune police crime branch has arrested a serving lieutenant colonel in connection with the leaking of question papers for all-India Army entrance exam.

The officials have also arrested two Army majors among 10 other suspects earlier in the paper leak scandal.
