Pakistan-China joint military exercise Karakoram 2026 is underway in China’s Xinjiang province.

The joint exercise includes specialised training in drone operations, tracking moving targets and firing drills.

The exercise also focuses on long-range marksmanship, joint command and practical combat drills.

The armed forces of both countries are exchanging counterterrorism experience. Pakistan Army personnel also observed Chinese weapons systems during the exercise.
