Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed grief and sorrow over the death of former judge of Supreme Court of Pakistan and former Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Justice Khalil- ur- Rehman Khan.

Commiserating with the bereaved family, he prayed for the departed soul.

The Prime Minister said Justice Khalil-ur-Rehman Khan was considered one of the senior and experienced judges, and that he was known as a conscientious judge who dedicated his entire life to working for justice.
