Dr. Muhammad Arshad(CEO PM Health Card): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif today launched the Prime Minister’s Health Card Scheme to provide health coverage to the residents of Islamabad Capital Territory, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. With the launch of the scheme, services under Prime Minister’s health Card for ten millions of people Islamabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan have begun. Now people can get medical treatment by showing national identity cards or B Forms at government and private hospitals. Facilitation desks are available at private and government hospitals which will provide guidance to people. Everyone having permanent address on CNIC from Islamabad, AJK or Gilgit Baltistan will be eligible for getting medical treatment under this program.
