A high level Portuguese delegation led by Director General Foreign Policy Helena Malcata visited the National Disaster Management Authority Headquarters in Islamabad to review Pakistan's disaster preparedness framework and explore avenues for bilateral cooperation.

During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to expanding cooperation in disaster risk reduction, emergency preparedness, capacity building, and humanitarian response.
