The United States, South Korea and Japan have condemned launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile by North Korea.

In a joint statement, they pledged to work with international community to tighten sanctions against Pyongyang.

The statement also stated that they would push to block North Korea’s revenue generation, which is used to fund its weapons programmes.
