Director General Special Communication Organization (SCO) has inaugurated the Institute of Digital Excellence and Independent Living Center in Muzaffarabad.

The Institute will provide youth with modern IT facilities, digital skills and better employment opportunities.

On the occasion, a detailed briefing was also given to the Director General SCO on various sections of the projects and ongoing work. It was briefed that the Independent Living Center will provide facilities to special people to live independently.

Speaking on the occasion, the youth said the new generation will be equipped with graphic designing and other modern digital skills with the establishment of the IT Center. They said such institutions will also prove to be important milestone for digital development, an empowered future for the youth, and a bright Pakistan.

Wheelchairs and gifts were also distributed to special individuals during the ceremony.
