On the request of Ukraine, Government of Pakistan is sending humanitarian assistance for people of Ukraine.  

These humanitarian assistance include a emergency medicines, electro-medical equipment, winter bedding and food items.

Two special C-130 flights are being sent to deliver more than 15 tons of humanitarian assistance items for the Ukrainian people.

The relief items were handed over to Ukrainian Ambassador by Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi.

Speaking on the occasion, The Foreign Minister said that Pakistan has always acted promptly alongside international community for responding to international calls for assistance during conflicts and calamities, as a responsible and peace loving nation. He said this gesture shows that Pakistan is a peace loving nation and we urge both the countries to show restraint to save precious human lives.
