The United Nations Agency for Palestinian Refugees has accused Israel of deliberately crippling its operations and blocking the entry of vital aid to Gaza.

Speaking at UN General Assembly Fourth Committee in New York, UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini said safeguarding UNRWA’s mandate and operations is required under international law and it is vital for the survival of millions of Palestinians.
