The Turkish government has launched an investigation to ascertain facts about bomb explosion in Istanbul on Sunday in which at least six people were killed and 81 wounded.

Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun said all institutions and organisations are conducting a fast, meticulous and effective investigation regarding the incident.

Turkish President Recep Tayyib Erdogan has said Türkiye will not bow down to terrorism and we will identify all those responsible for the attack.
