Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Human Rights Mushaal Hussain Mallick met Ambassador of Palestine in Pakistan Rabaie Ahmed in Islamabad on Saturday.

She expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people and condemned the genocide of Palestinians by Israeli forces.    

Speaking on the occasion, the Special Assistant said people of Pakistan express their unwavering support to the Palestinians and demand an immediate cessation of indiscriminate bombings, lifting of siege in Gaza, and adherence to international laws.

She called upon the international community to realize the critical human rights situation in Gaza and advocate for the establishment of an immediate Humanitarian Corridor to ensure essential medical and food supplies to reach those in dire need in Gaza.

Mushaal Mallick underscored that international collaboration is important to reach immediate ceasefire and solution to the Palestine issue as per the already agreed formula of two state solution.
