Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting in Islamabad today to review nominations for the conferment of Civil Awards.

He emphasized that the conferment of Civil Awards remains a transparent, fair, and strictly merit-based process, recognizing individuals who have rendered outstanding services to Pakistan.

He also stressed the importance of ensuring due recognition for deserving overseas Pakistanis for their valuable contributions to the country.
