The United Nations has said bodies of dozens of people killed by Sudanese warring factions have been uncovered in a mass grave in West Darfur.

According to UN Human Rights Office, at least 87 people were killed and their bodies dumped in a mass grave in Geneina city.

Thousands of people have been killed and millions displaced in Sudan since mid-April in fighting between the military and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces.
