Minister for Finance, Muhammad Aurangzeb has termed successful issuance of Pakistan's first Panda Bond as a historic achievement in the country's economic and financial history.

In a statement, he said that issuance of Panda Bond received extraordinary appreciation from global investors, reflecting growing international confidence in Pakistan's economic transformation, reform process, and sovereign financial credibility.

The Finance Minister said that successful issuance of Panda Bond is a clear indication of Pakistan's strong return to international financial markets and will mark beginning of a new chapter in global economic and financial relations.

Muhammad Aurangzeb further stated that Panda Bond issuance represents an important milestone in Pakistan's economic journey, strengthening the country's position in global financial markets and creating new opportunities for international investment and financial cooperation in the future.

He added that Pakistan's pace of reforms has attracted global investors, and this success is clear evidence of international confidence in the government's economic policies.
