More rain-wind/thunderstorm is likely in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad, Punjab, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and upper Sindh during the next twelve hours.

Heavy fall with hailstorm is also likely at isolated places in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, upper Balochistan and upper Punjab, while snowfall is also expected on mountains in northern areas.
