Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar says government's policies for economic development are being acknowledged by the international organizations.

He expressed these views while addressing the book launching ceremony titled 'Mard-e-Aahan: Muhammad Nawaz Sharif' in Lahore today. The book has been penned by senior journalist Muhammad Nawaz Raza.

Attaullah Tarar said the government has worked hard to get the country out of economic turmoil that PTI left it in.

He said PTI's politics of negativity and division not only damaged the country's status but have given nothing to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the past twelve years.

He said it was the President of Pakistan Muslim League-N Mian Nawaz Sharif who took the initiative of the politics of welfare in the country.

Attaullah Tarar said that Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif  initiated development projects of utmost importance for the country.

The Minister specially mentioned Mian Nawaz Sharif's policies regarding Central Asian states and said those policies are near fruition in the form of trade agreements providing routes to ports and sea trade to these states.
