The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are welcoming the imposition of Governor’s Rule and emergency in the province.

The people in Swat, Shangla, Batkhela, Kohat and Chitral have also expressed support for the Governor’s Rule and emergency in the province.

They said the federal government’s move has brought an end to thirteen years of terrorism and unrest.

They said the province has been freed from a government that supported terrorists.

Appreciating the federal government's decision, residents of Peshawar said that development projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had come to a standstill, while the Chief Minister remained preoccupied with rallies and public gatherings. They said they are very happy with this move and are celebrating Youm-e-Nijaat upon getting rid of the PTI government.
