Funeral prayer of Begum Kulsoom Nawaz will be offered in Lahore at five p.m. tomorrow.

The body of former first lady will reach Lahore tomorrow around 6:00am.

The Pakistan International Airlines flight carrying body of Begum Kulsoom Nawaz will leave for Lahore from Heathrow airport London tonight.

Younger brother of Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz President Shehbaz Sharif who is already in London would return along with Kulsoom's body.

PML-N spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that Kulsoom Nawaz would be buried alongside her father-in-law, Mian Sharif, at Jati Umra.

She said Qul for the departed soul will be held at Jati Umra between Asr and Maghrib prayer.

Earlier, funeral prayers of former first lady and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's wife Kulsoom Nawaz was offered at Regent Park Mosque in London this afternoon.

Imam Sheikh Khalifa Ezzat led the funeral prayers.

Kulsoom Nawz's sons Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz, Shahbaz Sharif, Ishaq Dar, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, officials from Pakistan High Commission in London and a large number of overseas Pakistanis offered the funeral prayers.

Shahbaz Sharif will bring the body of Kulsoom Nawaz to Lahore. He will leave London at about 10:00 pm PST. All arrangements have been finalized. The Pakistani High Commission has issued no objection certificate to this effect. The body of Kulsoom Nawaz will reach Lahore tomorrow morning at about 6:00 am and her funeral prayers will be offered in Lahore at 5:pm tomorrow.

Kulsoom Nawaz, who had been suffering throat cancer since August last year, died in London on Tuesday.
