APHC expresses serious concern over surge in Indian state terrorism, atrocities in IIOJK

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has expressed serious concern over surge in state terrorism and atrocities in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the APHC spokesman said innocent people are being harassed and humiliated during cordon and search operations by Indian troops. 

He appealed the United Nations to resolve the lingering Kashmir dispute in accordance with its resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.

Peoples Democratic Party President Mehbooba Mufti talking to media in Srinagar denounced the Modi regime for claiming that situation in occupied territory is normal.

She said that over 70 per cent population of occupied Jammu and Kashmir is suffering from different mental diseases as a result of New Delhi’s repressive policies. 

Meanwhile, major trade unions in India have called upon the Modi government to scrap an agreement with Israel that will allow tens of thousands of Indian workers to replace Palestinian construction workers in Israel. 

A statement, released on behalf of all prominent Indian trade unions including the Centre of Indian Trade Unions and All India Trade Union Congress urged the Indian government to show solidarity with the Palestinians by rejecting the agreement.
