Foreign Minister of Oman, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi, will undertake a two-day official visit to Pakistan from tomorrow [Tuesday].

He is undertaking this visit at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.

During the visit, he will co-chair the 8th session of the Pakistan-Oman Joint Ministerial Commission, along with his Pakistani counterpart, scheduled to be held in Islamabad.

The meeting will serve as an important platform to review the entire spectrum of Pakistan-Oman bilateral relations and to further strengthen cooperation in diverse fields.

The Foreign Minister of Oman is also expected to pay a courtesy call on the Prime Minister of Pakistan during the visit.

The visit reflects the longstanding fraternal relations between Pakistan and Oman and is expected to further deepen mutually beneficial cooperation across multiple sectors.
