Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has announced the establishment of a Seerat Endowment Fund with an initial allocation of 100 million rupees.

He made the announcement while addressing the Inaugural Ceremony of 3rd International Seerat Festival in Islamabad today.

Ishaq Dar said the Seerah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) offers guidance for promoting justice, mutual respect and understanding among nations.

He emphasized that education should instill the values of the Seerah in the younger generation.

Ishaq Dar highlighted Pakistan's efforts to build bridges and advance regional peace.

He called for adherence to the UN Charter and relevant UN resolutions in addressing the situation in Palestine and resolving the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
