The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan said the provincial government is taking solid steps to empower youth by making them skilled.

Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar on Friday, he said the field of technical education and vocational training is among the top priorities of the government.

Mahmood Khan said unemployment can be eradicated from the province by providing technical education and vocational training to the youth.

He directed the department of Industries to set up a plan for streamlining the technical education sector in the province with modern requirements.
