Iranian President Ibrahim Raeesi, President of Turkiye Recep Tayyep Erdogan and Russian President Viladimir Putin will discuss Syrian peace talks in a trilateral meeting in Iranian capital Tehran on 19th of this month.

According to Kremlin, in addition to the trilateral meeting, bilateral meetings will also take place.

Astana talks for peace in Syria were launched in 2017 at the initiative of Türkiye, Russia, and Iran. Its meetings also contribute to the advancement of the UN-led diplomatic process in Geneva.
