Leader of the House in Senate Dr Shehzad Waseem says Pakistan cherishes its bilateral relations with Germany which spanned over seven decades.

He was talking to German Ambassador Bernhard Schlagheck in Islamabad today [Wednesday].

They discussed various matters including cementing Pak-German bilateral linkages, boosting parliamentary diplomacy and cooperation in multiple fields.

Speaking on the occasion, German ambassador said that his country also attached immense importance to its relations with Pakistan and wanted to further diversify those through active engagement in all sectors.
