
Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Cheema has directed the concerned authorities to develop a mechanism to enable Overseas Pakistanis to invest in viable national infrastructure projects.
Chairing a meeting in Islamabad today, he called for accelerated development of bankable projects under the Public-Private Partnership framework.
The meeting reviewed the Main Line-1 railway project, Kharian-Rawalpindi Motorway, and numerous projects proposed by the Capital Development Authority, including the Gandhara Cultural project and expansion of Capital Hospital.
