UN-based diplomats from twelve countries have undertaken a 'virtual diplomatic field visit' to witness Gaza displacement site.

They witnessed, via video link, the war-shattered Gaza Strip and observed living conditions and relief efforts.

They also interacted with children and aid workers, and heard from the residents about their pressing needs.

UN Humanitarian Coordinator for the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Ramiz Alakbarov, and his deputy, Suzanna Tkalec, led the online visit.
