Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah launched E- Stamping system in Karachi today to facilitate the people and enhance the province's revenue generation.
Speaking on the occasion, Murad Ali Shah said his government is taking steps to increase tax net to provide better education, health, security and other facilities to the people on priority basis.
Participants were briefed that with the launch of this system, the e-stamping web-based challans could now be obtained online. National Bank of Pakistan has already introduced the system in 22 branches which will be extended to 300 branches across the country.
Meanwhile, chairing a meeting, the Sindh Chief Minister directed the authorities concerned to make the Orange Line Bus Rapid Transit project functional in Karachi by the end of this month.
