Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja has invited Bahrain to explore investment opportunities in Pakistan's food security, information technology and tourism sectors.

She was talking to Bahrain's Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, Dr Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, on the sidelines of Geneva Digital Week and AI Week.

The two ministers discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the fields of information technology and telecommunications and agreed to further strengthen collaboration in these sectors.
