Senior Politician, Writer, Scholar and founder of Awami Tehreek Party, Rasool Bux Palijo was laid to rest at Mungar Khan Palijo in village Jung Shahi, Thatta district on Friday.   

Earlier, funeral prayer of Rasool Bux Palijo was offered at Village Jung Shahi.

The leaders of Political parties including Senator Sassui Palijo, Ayaz Latif Palijo, Dr. Qadir Bux Magsi, Gul Muhammad Jakhrani, Ayub Shaikh, Taj Joyo and others were present on the occasion.

Rasool Bux Palijo was died due to Asthma and heart problem at the age of 88 years at a private hospital in Karachi on Thursday.
