A meeting of Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority chaired by Minister of State Bilal Bin Saqib was held in Islamabad.

Addressing the meeting,  Bilal Bin Saqib said Pakistan stands at a defining moment in the global digital economy, with one of the world's youngest populations, among the highest rates of crypto adoption globally, and a growing base of digital talent.

He said that as the internet transformed the flow of information, tokenisation will transform the flow of value. He said the nations that recognise this shift early, and build regulatory frameworks that evolve as quickly as technology itself, will define the next generation of global finance.
