Mainly dry weather is likely to prevail in most plain areas of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and thunderstorm is expected in Upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:   

Islamabad, Gilgit and Muzaffarabad eleven degree centigrade, Lahore fifteen, Karachi twenty-six, Peshawar and Quetta fourteen and Murree five degree centigrade.    

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and thunderstorm is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramulla and Leh, while dry in Jammu.   

Temperature recorded this morning: Srinagar and Anantnag six degree centigrade, Jammu seventeen, Leh two, Pulwama, Shopian and Baramulla five degree centigrade.
