Punjab government and Damac Group have signed an agreement to accelerate tokenization of government and commercial assets in the province.   

The agreement was reached during a meeting between Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and a Damac Group delegation led by CEO Amira Hussain Sajwani and Managing Director Ali Hussain Sajwani in Lahore.

The Chief Minister expressed satisfaction over Punjab’s adoption of emerging technologies and digital assets, saying the province is being positioned as Pakistan’s gateway for foreign direct investment in digital assets and new technology.

The Damac Group showed keen interest in investing in Punjab.
