Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has directed to develop a comprehensive plan for the expansion of Simly Dam, Islamabad.

He made the remarks during a visit to the dam.

The Interior Minister said expansion of the dam will ensure an abundant water supply.

He noted that there are immense opportunities for recreational activities in the areas adjacent to Simly Dam. He said a plan should also be developed for promotion of recreational activities in the area.
