Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has said the government is looking to diversify funding options for green projects.

Addressing Breathe Pakistan International Climate Change Conference in Islamabad, he said the government is working for the inaugural 250 million dollar Panda bond, emphasizing this is a green bond. 

He also mentioned the multilateral support including that of the World Bank and Asian Development Bank for the climate related projects. He emphasized the need for effective use of available resources to deal with climate change.
