Pakistani High Commissioner to Dhaka Imran Haider called on Bangladeshi Adviser for Ministry of Finance and Planning Dr. Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir and briefed about the steady growth in bilateral relations between the two countries.

The High Commissioner apprised the Adviser about the decisions taken in the 9th Session of Joint Economic Commission and the progress made so far.

The two sides also discussed scope and potential in bilateral trade, investments and creating linkages between respective Boards of Revenue.

The Adviser encouraged dialogue through bilateral and multilateral forums, increased connectivity between businesses and people, promoting supply chain linkages and fostering cultural activities.
