Postcard competition held to raise awareness about banning of modern tobacco products

A postcard competition regarding awareness campaign to ban nicotine pouches and modern tobacco products was held in Islamabad on Wednesday.

During this month-long digital campaign, youth used their creative minds to design postcards digitally on Photoshop, illustrator or any other software demanding ban on nicotine pouches and other modern tobacco products.

Over 500 entries were received during this postcard competition from all across Pakistan.

Speaking on the occasion, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Faisal Karim Kundi called for creating awareness among youth regarding harms of nicotine and tobacco.

Convener Parliamentary Task Force on SDGs Romina Khursheed Alam in her remarks said this post card competition is a wonderful way to create awareness among youth.

She urged the stakeholders to make a collective effort to curb this menace from our society.
