In a post on social media platform X, President Zardari conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and expressed solidarity with all those affected by the tragedy and wished a swift recovery to the injured.

Asif Ali Zardari expressed solidarity with Chinese President Xi Jinping and the Chinese people during this challenging time and extended his sympathies over the loss of lives and injuries.

Meanwhile, in a post on X, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said the people and Government of Pakistan extend heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, and pray for the swift recovery of those injured in the blast.

Shehbaz Sharif said we express our unwavering solidarity with Chinese President Xi Jinping, as well as the people and Government of China at this difficult time.
