In India, an Allahabad High Court in northern Uttar Pradesh state has ruled that the deaths of COVID-19 patients caused by lack of oxygen are a criminal act and not less than genocide.

The country has witnessed over three hundred eighty-two thousand new corona cases and over three thousand and seven hundred deaths in last twenty four hours.
