Donors to the World Bank-administered Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund have agreed to decide about transfer of 280 million US dollars funds to humanitarian aid agencies in Afghanistan by 10th of this month.

In a statement, the World Bank spokesperson said the Bank's board this week backed transferring the funds from one point five billion dollars trust fund which was frozen after the Taliban took over the Afghan government in August.
