
Coordinator to Prime Minister Rana Ihsaan Afzal Khan has said the government targets to enhance share of bank credit for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) from seven percent to thirteen percent in two years.
Addressing an event in Islamabad, he said the initiative would open up a financing window of around one to two trillion rupees for SMEs.
He said enhanced access to credit would help promote the growth of small and medium-sized businesses.
